This week was a super great week! We did a lot of biking!
Taught a lot of awesome. Lessons and we also set a lot of baptismal dates! So
this week I learned that diligence is the way to success, because even though
times get hard and things look like they aren't going to get any better, as we
are diligent and push threw we will be able to come out on top in the end as
long as we make Christ the center of all we do. We talked to a lot of people
this week! And had a lot of fun doing it! We also had a lot of weird replys
from people as well, had one lady say actually I try to avoid y'all. Haha so
that was fun! We had two guys were we talked to them and we had to get to an
appointment and we asked if we could come back at a later time and they said
well if you can't talk now then don't ever bother coming back here again!
So I guess they didn't wanna talk about Jesus. We have
this one investigator and she still semi believes literally in the Old
Testament and has a lot of Jewish beliefs but believes in Christ. So it has
been pretty crazy! She has a lot of interesting questions at honestly I've
never even thought about! So she has made me get to know the doctrine very well
and very simple! So it has been a very good learning experience for me! Also
this week we had a lot of people, that were anti! So the Internet is no longer
my friend! We talked to 4 people this week that told us to google our religion
to find out what it is really all about rather than go to the real source the
churches website! It has been very frustrating, but it has also been eye
opening to realize how many people are lost and don't have the truth because
they don't know where to find it! It's sad to see people, reject blessings for
themselves because they are prideful and think they have it all when they are
missing out on so many blessings they can only get from The Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter Day Saints!
I had a great time skyping home and getting to see my
family! It was a weird realization that that was the last time I'll skype! Wow!
I can't believe how fast the mission has gone by! It's super crazy how it just
disappeared! These last 20 months have the best of my life and I love the work
we get to do as missionaries!
Love y'all!
