March 14, 2016

So this week was a very awesome week! Wow what a great week! It is amazing what we can accomplish with the lords help when we do what he asks us to do!

So Monday was a good preparation day! We got up at 6 played ball hat morning! Then we emailed shopped and such all day and cleaned, played settlers of catan! En we went and tried the people we had set up appointments with.

Tuesday: we had bother north came and got us we had a great lesson with Gwen! She is super awesome! She just needs to come to church!
Then we went biking and saw sister Mathis outside because it was a nice day! Then did a lot of biking then we met with sister woolford!
Wow she is awesome! I can't believe she is less active! It's amazing to see what people will let their pride do to their salvation! It is super sad!

Wednesday: we had a great district meeting! I love elder follet as my leader he is a great missionary! Then we went with car elders to their place ate sloppy joes then we had an exchange I went with elder Follett to Clarksville and I got to drive the car because he doesn't have driving privileges. Lol but we had a great exchange had a great Spanish investigator in my area! Then we went home after trying a lot of other Spanish investigators he has. But I missed probably the best lesson I could of had on my mission! We picked up this investigator from a member in a different ward and elder benard said she is awesome! So golden!

Thursday: we got up and went to he community kitchen and did service and we helped wash the trays. Was a lot of fun there! The people are awesome! Then we re exchanged and we did weekly planning. Then went out with Bryce! He is awesome! But lesson fell through! Then went our with brother Benham and had a great lesson!

Friday: well I was feeling sick! So I didn't lay ball, I had one of the worst stomach aches! Wow! Then we did alittle biking and no one was home but we did talk to a lot of people,  then ended the night visiting sister nall.

Saturday: so my stomach killed! So no ball again. But had great service at the Salvation Army! I love it there! The people there are awesome! Then we had dinner at dales but we first moved a lady that was moving in all six missionaries! We got that thing all knocked out!
Was awesome! She is an ordained minister.... But she was cool! Then ate pizza at dales! Oh and former elder white now will white has returned to the mission! Man I love that kid! But then we came home and I wasn't doing well so I stayed home then we went to coordination.

Sunday: Sunday was amazing! Probably the most spirit I've felt in one day in a while! We got up and went to church and had a great meeting!
What we did was the members would get up with their favorite hymn and share why and which verses to sing and the congregation would sing the song. It was amazing! Oh and that investigator they taught on Wednesday came to church! So apparently at the beginning of lesson before they started she just goes oh I'm going to church where you go!
And she had already been for the last 4 Sunday's in a different ward!
Wow! She is super awesome! But then after the awesome sacrament her boy friend is a member and he introduced her to all the members in our ward! Then had a great second hour, and she loved all of church! She told us after it was over! She said she loves out ward! Then we came home studied then we had brother kasteler pick us up took us to his house and we had another lesson with our investigator there and dinner! She is so awesome! She was throwing down on all of the hypercritical churches that only love Sunday on Sunday and not a lifestyle like ours is! She understands it all and is so prepared!
Wow!! I'm excited for her! And the whole lesson was talking about her baptism saying when I get baptized! I'm so excited for her! Then we went out biking then ended the night at sister barkers having a party for former elder white! Then came home! Wow our investigator is awesome!

The investigator is amazing! I know as we gain the lords trust by reading our scriptures and praying to him daily as a personal and companionship that we can accomplish anything! I love his gospel!

This week was a very good and challenging week. We spent a lot of time biking and talked to over 200 people this week! We also were able to pick up quit a few new investigators it was super awesome! We had a cool run in with Robert and. Then tenille, they are super cool! Super sad they dropped us! But then we saw Blanche on Saturday she is doing alittle better, I feel super bad for her, she is going through a lot of hard things right now! Then we met with Rita read from the Book of Mormon with her, then we went and met with John and his ex wife. Then we went and did service at Salvation Army it was a lot of fun! They love us there! It was super good service then we biked around talked to people then we ate at dales. Also ate dinner at Mathis on Wednesday, and brother Brown took us out for pizza Tuesday. Sunday was super good we had a very powerful testimony meeting! We had a lot of great kid testimonies! Then had some very spiritual testimonies! Then we came home studied then we went out biked around Clarksville elders picked us up took us to where we were going then we talked to people tried some more people, set up some return appointments, had a lot of crazy contacts! People are super funny out here! Then we had dinner with he sorensens for Sunday night, then we biked around and then came home.

This week I learned about the power of the atonement it can literally heal you from any weakness, or fault or thing we have made a mistake on. But we must first be willing and open, and do our part in order for us to use the atonement, we also must be baptized with the correct authority and have received the gift of the Holy Ghost with the priesthood authority that was restored to the earth through Joseph Smith. I know that Our Heavenly Father loves us dearly and is always there for us, we need to be willing and open to let him help us. We need to do our part and also allow him to heal us! He is there and wants to heal us but we need to be willing to allow him to do so!

The power of the atonement is real! We can do anything with Christ's help! And the power of prayer is amazing! All we need to do is to gain that relationship with our Heavenly Father! And the power of the Priesthood is amazing! It is the power given to us from God for us to do his work! And to help his children to return to live with him! I know this church is the one and only true church on this earth! And Christ he is our Savior! It is through him that we are made perfect!

I love y'all and miss y'all! Hope y'all had a great week!
