Dear family and friends!

Hope y'all had a great week! This week here in Henderson Kentucky was a great one!
We talked to over 300 people! And met a lot of super cool people! On preparation day due to the fact it was at the end of the month we didn't have enough miles to drive to Evansville to play ball! So we walked to a members and we played board games all day, so that was fun and different for a change!

Tuesday we had interviews with president brough that was awesome! I love when I get to talk to president brough and sister brough! They are amazing people! I sure going to miss them when I have to go home!
And this interview was probably the saddest one of them all! Because we had to talk about preparing to go home stuff.... But then I went on an exchange with elder Schmidt! He is an amazing missionary! He has only been out 6 months!
Thursday we did service at the audobon! I love that place! Wednesday we met with brother wroten for dinner! He is such a goof! He is so funny! And he's almost deaf! So it's interesting! We also met with Dustin that night! He is so funny!

We weekly planned on Friday! We also had a couple of awesome lessons with two people! Then on Saturday we met with Levi he is a recent convert! And he took us out to eat and then it started to dump rain!
Wow! Did it dump! I just love the rain storms out here! Puts the Utah rain to shame! We also had dinner at the church with pretty much the whole branch for a young adults 18th birthday and graduation party!

Sunday was a super interesting meeting! It was crazy! Some testimony meetings are just off the wall! Then we came home and had studies, then we went out and had a couple of sweet lessons! And we also met with Dustin he is a convert of 2 years! He is the funniest guy ever!
Then we came home!

This week I really learned the importance of studying the scriptures and doing so with the spirit! I know that as we make an effort to study our scriptures and day our prayers daily! We will see many blessings in our lives! I love this gospel I love being a missionary!

I love and miss y'all! Hope y'all have a great week!

Love,

We also call contacted a lot of funny people on the street while biking! Then Friday we had district meeting! This was the last district meeting of the transfer! So we had district lunch and Jerry cooked us lunch! It was a super great meal!
Then I went on and exchange with elder Jacobsen he is from Dallas! I really love this kid! We had a couple of great lessons! Then we also ate at a members he is a super funny guy! Brother wroten! I helped him make his homemade pizza and his homemade strawberry icecream! Super good! We had a great lesson with a part member family! And they fed us dinner! Sunday was super good! We had a great sacrament talks! Then we finished the day biking because we are low on miles! Well this week I learned the importance of the Book of Mormon in conversion! I know the Book of Mormon  is true and this is Christ's only true church on the earth! I love my mission and seeing the change in people's lives the gospel makes! After district meeting on Friday we helped moved a member Jerry! He is the best! And that took forever! But was fun! I've moved so many people! Sunday we also had two unexpected lessons! That was awesome! One was super bashy the lady was just mad about gods commandments. So this was a super great week! We had a really good week! We did lots of finding! We also kept daily contact with investigators! And I gave training. I also have an interview training to give tomorrow! Well I don't have much else today we had lots of fun on our exchange elder Jacobsen is a great missionary!

This week was really good! We had a great preparations ya we played basketball all morning and shopped and had a great lesson with one of our baptismal dates! She is hung up on some Jewish beliefs which is really weird but we are helping her through it. We also had a bunch of other great lessons and applying the training we received from elder kopishke, had some awesome lessons with a lot of less actives and recent converts! Thursday we had a lot of fun doing service at the audobon! I love service there! Friday we had district meeting and it was a good training I had elder frogget give! And we drove the zone leaders down there so we then came back and I went on an exchange with Elder frogget we came to Henderson and we talked to a lot of great people then we also had a few awesome lessons!
Saturday we reexchanged in madisonville and then we came back elder singleton and me and we helped a couple move to a new apartment that we are teaching and then we had probably the most interesting lesson of my mission! We contacted this lady outside and her husband heard us talking about Jesus so he came down as she went up and he started like questioning us! And interagating us but by the end he was excited to listen to our message but he said he was super mad that we had more figured out about religion that he did and he is 35 so he was super interested in us because we are 20 and know way more than him about religion and what's up! Then we went in and helped someone then a lady yelled from a window and was like where are y'all from so we told her what church we were with and she said hold on ill be right down and so the guy came back and was still asking loads of questions then the lady and her husband came down and so we had three different views and us going back and forth! So yeah!  They were arguing back and forth and wanted to know our side of our beliefs so we shared with them the restoration and all three of them were interested in learning more and set up a return appointments! But then we talked to some very interesting people this week too! So we go to contact this one lady as a referral form the Hermanas and there are 5 cop cars and 1 ambulance so we drove around tried a few others then came back! And talked to her mom and set up a time to come back and teach the family! Then talked to the people on the other side of the street and they said we were in the right place to be talking about Jesus because a dude right there just got done stabbing himself and so that's why where was 5 cops Nd and ambulance but there was a black guy there and he goes y'all will have a lot of crazy stories when y'all return home to Utah from this place! Because Henderson is the capital of sinners.

Then we contacted a guy that says no I'm not interested I'm a sinner, so we talked to his family right there and they were super drunk! And the one guy goes nope don't want none we do the Devils work! We work for the devil! We are sinners I'm an alcoholic! And I'm gonna stay that way I do the work of Satan! If I wasn't drunk right now I'd kick your butt right now! But there were a lot of swearing a in there! So it was interesting, then we turn around and talked to another guy right after that and he goes why are y'all going around doing this!?
You all may as well be trying to find the Easter bunny! Because jesus doesn't exist! So yeah it was interesting this week!

This week was a very interesting week! I'm excited to see what happens this next week! Love y'all and miss y'all! Keep going strong and reading your scriptures and praying daily!

Then we had another lesson that was pretty good t their focus just wasn't there, then we went out with brother Whitby and tried a bunch of super in actives! Then we ended the night with Dustin Lorette he is a super funny member! He is staring to turn his life around! I'm excited for him! He is planning to go to the temple and getting the priesthood!

This week was a super great week! We did a lot of biking! Taught a lot of awesome. Lessons and we also set a lot of baptismal dates! So this week I learned that diligence is the way to success, because even though times get hard and things look like they aren't going to get any better, as we are diligent and push threw we will be able to come out on top in the end as long as we make Christ the center of all we do. We talked to a lot of people this week! And had a lot of fun doing it! We also had a lot of weird replys from people as well, had one lady say actually I try to avoid y'all. Haha so that was fun! We had two guys were we talked to them and we had to get to an appointment and we asked if we could come back at a later time and they said well if you can't talk now then don't ever bother coming back here again!
So I guess they didn't wanna talk about Jesus. We have this one investigator and she still semi believes literally in the Old Testament and has a lot of Jewish beliefs but believes in Christ. So it has been pretty crazy! She has a lot of interesting questions at honestly I've never even thought about! So she has made me get to know the doctrine very well and very simple! So it has been a very good learning experience for me! Also this week we had a lot of people, that were anti! So the Internet is no longer my friend! We talked to 4 people this week that told us to google our religion to find out what it is really all about rather than go to the real source the churches website! It has been very frustrating, but it has also been eye opening to realize how many people are lost and don't have the truth because they don't know where to find it! It's sad to see people, reject blessings for themselves because they are prideful and think they have it all when they are missing out on so many blessings they can only get from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints!

I had a great time skyping home and getting to see my family! It was a weird realization that that was the last time I'll skype! Wow! I can't believe how fast the mission has gone by! It's super crazy how it just disappeared! These last 20 months have the best of my life and I love the work we get to do as missionaries!

Love y'all!
