Monday: we had a great Preparation day! we had a lot of great lesson this day! it was a very eventful day! we had 4 lessons! we were busy biking around town all day!!! it was a great day! we also got all of our laundry and shopping done!

Tuesday: we had a great time biking finding people to teach, and we also had a great time with some members for dinner! got to pet their horses again!!! Then we went and had some awesome lessons with some of our investigators! the work is really starting to pick up!! im excited for this area! its starting to turn around!!!

Wednesday: We had district meeting in crestwood, then we took my bike to the bike shop to get it fixed! because the pedal broke!!!! Then we had a great lesson with these investigators we stopped seeing because we lost contact and they called us up this morning and asked us to start meeting with them again. they had moved so that was a great call for news!!! Then we came home and had fun at mutual!!! we played volleyball!!! My team won!!! I was all over the court! I was the main man! I had one other member who hated losing as bad as me and that was our team with two others that didn't do much. but me and that member destroyed them!!! he had me running all over the place so I got my exercise in!! haha. Then we ended the day with a lesson.

Thursday: we went and mowed one of the lawns we mow, then we went and tried some potentials after we had done weekly planning that morning. Then ended the day teaching, and biking.

Friday: We mowed in the morning then we went and had to get the tire on the car fixed because it was leaking!!! Then we had dinner. then we tired potentials and had two great lesson with some investigators!!!!

Saturday: today was a hot long tiring day!!! we got up cleaned our apartment and sprayed it for bed bugs. to ensure they would stay dead!!! then we ate lunch then the beaches picked us up so we could help them haul about 200-300 bales, they were super light bales!!! never ever lifted bales this light!! we hauled hay for about 5 hours they fed us dinner, Then we saw some less actives, and tried potentials. hauling hay felt so awesome!! I missed it!!!

Sunday: we had a great meeting!!! our branch president isn't doing very good, he got a pace maker put in so he wasn't able to come to church, and we were able to talk about our investigators, I love Brother Beach, Then the perrys invited us to come eat lunch with them! I love them! We talked about rodeo and he mentioned he needs some calves banded. and I jumped all over that!!! so he said alright we will have you over for dinner Tuesday and you can rope them and help us band them!! so i'm excited for that!!!! then we had him take us home and we ended the day with meeting with some of our investigators. we also played some ball with some kids at their house!! had fun!

This week was filled with a lot of success! the branch is finally warming up to us!! and the work here is starting to pick up!! we are turning this area around!!!!

Even though we go through hard times and it seems like you cant make it through your trial just remember Christ is always there to help, in a talk I was reading this week, it said that you getting trials is a sign of Gods love for you, because if he didn't love you he wouldn't "waste" his time in giving you trials so you can become who he wants and knows you can become.

Monday: we had a great preparation day! We did a lot of bike riding today trying to save miles!

Tuesday: I was on an exchange with my district leader, in Carrollton, and we got called by members to come pick up their yard because of the bad winds we had last night, and to clean out gutters, and mow lawns, so that's what we did all day! haha. But we were able to see a less active and an investigator but for just a very short time.

Wednesday: We had a great district meeting! I learned so much! Then we Came home after words because of lack of miles, so we went biking! and for that afternoon the branch had a pool Party! the Brats were super good! and Elder Stevens and myself played corn hole, instead of swimming! I'm becoming a pro! haha. It was a lot of fun! we were able to have some of our investigators there for that!

Thursday: We had weekly planning and then we had a member call us and asked if we would come and help here dejunk her garage! so we did that for pretty much all day! that was crazy! but we ended the day great with a less active and watching the testaments dvd with him.

Friday: we did a lot of biking and talking with people on the streets and trying people that have been taught in the past. most didn't answer the door. but oh well, their loss.

Saturday: we had a lot of appointments fall through, so we went biking all day, and tried more potentials. Then we had dinner with a less active member. Then we had a good lesson with our Baptismal date! Then another good lesson with another investigator we have!

Sunday: Today was a very great day! WE had just sacrament because the water was shut off for the whole block because the city was redoing water pipes so we went home after sacrament. but I was able to give my talk on faith and repentance! the topic for the day was sticking to the basic gospel doctrines! It is important to remember our responsibility as members! Then we tried some more people weren't home, so we continued trying potentials.

We spent a lot of time on the bikes this week! through the 100 degree heat plus humidity and the dumping rain! good ole kentukcy weather! you don't know whats gonna happen next! well I Know that as we remember why we go to church, and partake of the sacrament and renew our baptismal covenants and repent daily and become worthy of the companionship of the holy ghost heavenly father with bless us! Hope all of yall at home had a great week! love yall!

Monday: we had a great preparation day, we ended the day with a good lesson with the family we have been teaching, but they stopped progressing....

Tuesday: We did a lot of biking around talking with all the people we saw, it was a lot of fun I enjoy being on the bike again!!! Then we had dinner with the family we are teaching, they fed us tacos! it was a super good meal!!

Wednesday: We had district meeting, Then we tried to go and meet a lot of less actives in one part of or huge area! We were able to come into contact with most of them! it was a good day! Then we Ended the day with that family, They weren't feeling very good today, because its been dark and gloomy all week, so they were in a slump... but the lesson we had with them was very spiritual! and It cheered them up. I hope they start reading from the Book of Mormon.

Thursday: We had weekly planning, then we went and tracted a trailer park for 4 hours. then came home and ate dinner, Then we went and helped a member that is moving to California, we unloaded her attic took us 2 hours! haha it was so hot up there! man! and its been humid all week! so it was torture! felt like a sona up there! Then we biked around and tried potentials. then we had another lesson with that family.

Friday: We biked all day today, we got our miles for our car and we got cut another hundred, so we only got allotted a small amount, so we will be doing a lot of biking this month! so I hope it starts to get cooler! And we went and saw a less active, I felt prompted to go see him and he had just had a member in the house pass away... and he had just talked with the branch president asking if he could get us over there to say a prayer with him. so I know that God will guide you to those of his children that need you when they need you. So we were able to comfort him. Then we bike like mad men to that families house and had another good lesson.

Saturday: we Got up went and set the church up and Then went tracting, and then had lunch. Then we went and made sure that member that is moving is doing okay, she is stressed about the move and her ability to help her kids help her move. Then we went and saw that less active again. Then we biked around, and then saw that family then ate dinner.

Sunday: We had church, it was a very good meeting!! It was centered on the importance of families, and the priesthood, and the priesthood being in those familes! I know it was an inspired meeting, we need to keep the strength of the family our main goal, as we have a strong family we can over come anything satan throws at us! Then we went and saw this other less active member, and then another member, then we ended the day with that family, biking this week has been a lot of fun!

The power of the family is the very center of God's plan for us, we must have a strong foundation in the family so we can have the tools to fight satan in our lives. I know that as we read the scriptures and pray as a family it will bring the family together and make them happier.

This week was pretty awesome!!!

Monday: We had a good productive preparation day, got all the little things done! haha. Then we Had a great lesson with this family that is progressing very well!

Tuesday: We went out trying to find some less actives, it was great, we are starting to meet most of the families. Then we went tracting! and ended the day with a great lesson with that family!!!

Wednesday: We kept trying less actives, and Then we had a great dinner with a member family!! we played a little of corn hole!!! that was fun!!!! haha Then we busted it back to carrollton and had a great lesson with that family, they are starting to see the importance and recognize the truth of the message!

Thursday: WE had a zone meeting, it was super spiritual and learned so much!!! Then we had dinner with a member, then we went and had  great lesson with this investigator we have in Bedford, he is trying to figure out what he wants in his life, but he is trying to improve. Then we had another great lesson with that family!!!

Friday: WE got up and did some weekly planning! then we went and mowed a members lawn for her, then we had dinner, then we had some appointments cancel. but we were able to end the day with that one family again, they are thinking about baptism! but have questions on word of wisdom.

Saturday: We set the church up, for sunday, then we went tracting, then we went and saw a less active, she was sick, so we went and tried some people they didn't answer the door. :( oh well next week! Then we ate dinner, and tried some more people then we went and watched fireworks with that family we are teaching! we had a lot of fun!!! I enjoyed getting to spend time with them! They are truly amazing! I know I was sent here to find them!

Sunday: We had Chruch! the family didn't come because with the dad missing half his skull and the fireworks he didn't get much sleep cause his head was pounding, so we had a great fast and testimony meeting! then we went tracting!! haha then we ate dinner, then we saw less actives, then we weren't able to see the family because he is still trying to recover from the fireworks. but over all this week was super good, They were very sad they couldn't come to church, but I know that with the lords help they will get where they need to be!

Keep the lord in all that you do and you can do anything with his help!
